To Replace a Control/Heater and Top Side Controller, we need the following pictures:
1.
Remove the front cover on the electrical control box and take a picture of the wiring.
2.
Take a picture of the heater tube (if it is not mounted on the control) to see the in/out plumbing connections.
3.
Take a picture of the spa side controller sitting on the spa deck.
4.
Since pictures are free, take pictures of all the electrical accessories such as pumps, blowers, ozone, etc.
5.
Please, no pictures of the control box label, we need to see how the control box is wired on the inside.
6.
Take a picture of the spa side controller sitting on the spa deck.
Once we receive the photos, we will email a quotation for a replacement control and heater to power your hot tub from our line of products.
To Replace a Spa Pump, we need the following pictures:
1.
Photo of the pump and plumbing connections inside the spa (IN/OUT).
2.
Photo of the electrical specifications provided by the original motor manufacturer (a label on the motor)
3.
Take a picture of the spa side controller sitting on the spa deck.
Once we receive the photos, we will email a quote for a replacement Hot Tub Pump from our products.
To Replace a Spa Blower, we need the following pictures:
1.
Photo of the existing blower inside the hot tub.
